Data collected and purposes

The website collects only the data you enter in the enquiry form (name, company, email, country, technical details of the request) and the IP address from which it is sent. We use them solely to answer your request and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

If you contact us through WhatsApp, processing takes place with that tool; WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. with its own privacy policy.

Retention and recipients

Requests are kept for the time needed to manage the business relationship and to meet legal obligations. Data are neither passed on to third parties nor used for marketing; they are processed by Pompe Casali staff and by the hosting and email providers acting as data processors.

Cookies

The website uses neither profiling cookies nor third-party tracking tools. Fonts and images are hosted on the same server.
