Mounted on the tank, immersed in the bitumen
The body of the pump sits inside the tank, surrounded by hot bitumen. It stays at the temperature of the product and is ready to start. The pump is self-priming. This layout suits bitumen spreaders and tankers as well as fixed storage for bitumen.
Two built-in valves, four operations
Two valves are incorporated in the pump, with manual or motorised control. With them you load the tank, recirculate inside it, unload it and transfer product from one external point to another without passing through the tank. You do all this with one pump and no external valve manifold.
Heating circuit and maintenance
An integrated heating circuit warms the pump before start-up, which matters after a night stop when bitumen emulsions or tar have cooled.
The gears can be removed without emptying the tank. You service the pump on the vehicle and get back on the road sooner.
Five sizes for road machinery
Five models cover displacements from 127 to 754 cm³/rev and flow rates from 57 to 1093 l/min. Tell our technical office in Bologna, Italy, the capacity of the tank and the spreading width, and we will indicate the size and the drive.
