A compact pump for metering
The ZV has threaded ports and flanges directly to the motor. Pump and motor form a short unit that fits inside a machine or on a small skid. The flow is proportional to speed, so you regulate the dose by regulating the motor.
Fluids handled by the ZV series
The list is wide: thermal oil, edible oils, soap, shampoo, wine, molasses, honey, detergents, diesel, kerosene, fuel oils, greases, caustic soda, acids and bases, resins, solvents, glues, paints, ink, hot-melt, isocyanate and polyol.
Common duties are dosing resins and two-component products, feeding burners with fuel oil and diesel, metering paints and pigments and adding molasses to animal feed.
Ten models and materials
Ten sizes cover displacements from 1.05 to 70.7 cm³/rev. Bodies are available in cast iron or AISI 316 stainless steel, with or without heating chamber. The choice depends on the fluid, and our technical office in Bologna, Italy, makes it with you.
How we supply it
You can order the bare shaft pump, foot mounted (B3) or flange mounted (B14), the pump flanged to its electric motor, or a geared motor unit for thick fluids that need low speed. For larger flow rates the next step is the NAV series.
