Fuel transfer with the NAV series
The flanged NAV series lists fuel oils, petrol and diesel among its fluids and is indicated for the petrochemical sector. With flow rates from 54 to 2770 l/min it unloads road tankers, moves fuel between storage and day tanks and loads bunkers.
Being a positive displacement pump, it keeps its flow rate when you switch from light diesel to a denser fuel oil. Only the speed changes: thicker fuel, lower speed.
Metering and boiler feed with the ZV series
The ZV series was born from our experience in metering fuels and lubricants on Formula 1 engine test benches. It covers small flow rates, from 0.47 to 102 l/min, and lists diesel, kerosene, fuel oils and fuels in general.
Flow is proportional to speed. By regulating the motor you regulate the quantity of fuel delivered to a burner, a test bench or an additive line.
Marine fuel pumps and heavy fuel oil
The marine sector uses our pumps for fuels, oils and foam concentrate. On board, self-priming matters: the pump is often above the tank and must pick up the fuel unaided.
Heavy fuel oil has to be warm to flow. Our pumps are available with a heating chamber on the body, and the technical office defines the execution according to the grade of oil. Plants that heat fuel with a hot oil loop can also look at our thermal oil pumps.
Flammable fuels, safety and supply options
Petrol, kerosene and diesel call for attention to the installation area. ATEX documentation is available on request.
We supply the bare shaft pump, foot or flange mounted, or the complete electric pump unit on a baseplate. Send the fuel, the flow rate and the temperature to our technical office in Bologna and we will size the pump with you.
